- The Concept Plan which maps out the country’s vision for the next 40 to 50 years based on the population scenario projections and taking into account the scarcity of land. The Concept Plan is reviewed every ten years. This long-term plan ensures there is sufficient land to meet the anticipated population and economic growth in order to provide a good living environment.
- The Master Plan is the statutory land use plan which guides Singapore’s development in the medium term over the next 10 to 15 years. The Master Plan is reviewed every five years.
