Oct 2026, month so far: caveats lodged to 24 Oct 2026. URA adds late caveats for about two weeks, so the month can still change. 396 condo and apartment resale caveats in the month and 9,372 resale caveats in the year to date. Condo and apartment resales only (type of sale: resale). New sales, sub-sales, landed homes and executive condominiums are left out, as are caveats where URA does not give the project name. A busy project is a large project or one with many owners selling, not necessarily a good one to buy. Medians use caveats for one unit only.

How to read this table

  • The count is the number of resale caveats. One caveat is one lodged deal.
  • A project near the top is often a large project or an older one with many owners.
  • Median price and median psf use deals for one unit only. They mix small and large units, so compare a project with its own history first.
Private home sales each monthCaveats lodged by month of contract: new sales, resales and sub-sales. Excludes executive condominiums.

  • Resales
  • Sub-sales

Latest: New 299 (Sep 2026), up 24.1% on Sep 2025; Resale 1,170 (Sep 2026), down 12.7% on Sep 2025; Sub-sale 36 (Sep 2026), down 41.9% on Sep 2025.

Counts are caveats, as in URA's own quarterly totals, not units. A month appears once it is complete: URA adds late-lodged caveats for about two weeks.
