While most of us are probably not in the market for a high end landed property, it’s always interesting to know what the ultra rich are buying and how much they’re willing to spend. Of course, if you have a landed property in one these areas you can re-price your net worth using the latest numbers. For most of us, this list is mainly about being “kaypoh” (a busybody).

5. 44 Lakeshore View, $22,500,000

Coming in at fifth place is a detached house located at 44 Lakeshore View, which sold for $22,500,000. The 99 year leasehold detached house with 8,299 square feet of land area sold for $2,712 per square foot (PSF). It is located in Sentosa, one of the most exclusive areas in Singapore. Nearby public transport include Waterfront LRT and Habourfront MRT. Residents can visit Vivocity for daily amenities.

4. 18 Cove Grove, $25,500,000

In fourth place is a detached house located at 18 Cove Grove, which sold for $25,500,000. The 99 year leasehold detached house with 10,107 square feet of land area sold for $2,524 per square foot (PSF). It was completed in 2011 and is also in Sentosa, one of the most exclusive areas in Singapore. Nearby public transport include Beach LRT and Habourfront MRT. Residents can visit Vivocity for daily amenities.

3. 27 Olive Road, $26,100,000

Taking third place is a detached house located at 27 Olive Road which sold for $26,100,000. The freehold detached house with 23,422 square feet of land area sold for $1,114 per square foot (PSF). It was completed in 1940 and resides in the Novena District. Nearby public transport include Bukit Brown MRT and Caldecott MRT. Nearby schools include Marymount Convent School and Lighthouse School. Residents can visit Toa Payoh Central for daily amenities. It is also near Macritchie Reservoir Park.

2. 73 Ocean Drive, $32,500,000

In second place we have yet another entry from Sentosa. The detached house located at 73 Ocean Drive sold for $32,500,000. The 99 year leasehold detached house with 10,107 square feet of land area sold for $3,214 per square foot (PSF). It was completed in 2007. Nearby public transport include Waterfront LRT and Habourfront MRT. Residents can visit Vivocity for daily amenities.

1. 16A Leedon Park, $33,000,000

 

The most expensive property on the list is a detached house located at 16A Leedon Park which sold for $33,000,000. The freehold detached house with 23,422 square feet of land area sold for $2,111 per square foot (PSF). It was completed in 2011 and resides in the prestigious Bukit Timah District. It is near Holland Village MRT and residents can visit Holland Road Shopping Centre and the various eateries around Holland Village for daily amenities.

The most expensive landed properties tend to be freehold properties located in prime areas. Till next month!
