Keong Saik Road ground-floor strata unit offered for sale from S$11 million

EdgeProp reports a 1,389 sq ft, 999-year leasehold ground-floor strata unit at 6 Keong Saik Road is offered by expression of interest from S$11 million, or S$7,919 psf. The unit is approved for restaurant use. It last changed hands for S$8.5 million in September 2024, per lodged caveats. The EOI closes at 3pm on Oct 30.
