Shophouse sales fall 18.6% QoQ in Q3 to S$157.7 million, Huttons research shows
Stacked Homes reports Huttons Asia counted 21 shophouse deals worth S$157.7 million in Q3 2026, down 18.6% QoQ. For the first nine months there were 51 deals worth S$441.3 million, against 68 deals worth S$644.5 million a year earlier, a 31.5% fall YoY.
