HDB resale prices fall for a third straight quarter in Q3, Realion says

Realion (OrangeTee & ETC) Research says HDB resale prices slipped 0.2% quarter on quarter in Q3 2026, after a 0.3% fall in Q2, based on HDB’s flash estimates. Volume rose 5.2% year on year to 7,528 units. Realion says removing the 15-month wait-out period could support the market.

99-SRX flash: HDB resale prices up 0.6% in September

SBR reports 99-SRX flash estimates put the HDB resale price index at 208.9 in September, up 0.6% from August and 0.4% lower than a year earlier. Resale volume was 2,248 flats, down 10.9% from August and 2.8% higher than a year earlier.

Jalan Merbok leasehold site offered for sale, no guide price

Brookfield denies it cut Soilbuild out of S$535.3 million Mapletree deal

The Business Times reports Brookfield Asset Management is fighting claims by Soilbuild Group that it breached a joint-venture agreement. The dispute concerns Brookfield’s 2025 purchase of three Singapore properties from Mapletree Industrial Trust for S$535.3 million. Brookfield says it acted in its own name.

ESR-REIT recovers about 75% of ACFS rental arrears

SBR reports ESR-REIT has recovered about 75% of arrears owed by ACFS Port Logistics in Australia as at 30 September, after drawing on bankers’ guarantees. Remaining arrears stand at S$2.7 million (A$3 million). ACFS’s administrators have paid rent due since 13 August.
