Eight public officers referred to police over homes bought near MRT stations

The Public Service Division says it reviewed property purchases by 191 officers in rail-planning agencies, made between 2007 and 2014 near locations later announced as MRT stations. Eight cases were referred to police; a referral does not mean wrongdoing is established, Minister Chan Chun Sing told Parliament on 6 October.
