Private home sales: Singapore property charts
Charts of Singapore private home sales: monthly sales, new launches and developer sales, and median price per sq ft by region and sale type.
How many private homes change hands each month, how many new homes developers launch and sell, and the median price per square foot by region and sale type. Each chart has a table view, its source and its own link. The charts update when new figures are published.
- New sales (from developers)
- Resales
Latest: New S$2,567 psf (Q3 2026), up 2.3% on Q3 2025; Resale S$1,775 psf (Q3 2026), up 0.5% on Q3 2025.
Medians of URA caveat prices divided by floor area, calculated by Propwise. A quarter appears once it is complete. New-sale medians depend on which projects launch in the quarter, so the two lines compare different mixes of homes.
